SESSION THEME – as agreed on with Photographer

SESSION VISION – Initial Below – Model will follow photographer’s inspiration first, then if there is time, photographer will fill in with model requests. All requests and outfits should be approved ahead of time by photographer.

WARDROBE FEES (if applicable) – Initial Below – All outfits must be approved by photographer. Expenses associated with wardrobe will be the responsibility of the model client.

BOOKING CONDITIONS – Initial Below – It is highly recommended that sessions take place 2 hours before sunset. The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Models will be responsible for themselves and their children/pets and release the photographer from any claims against their person or business. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

SESSION VIEWING – Initial Below – Online albums will be available for online viewing within 15 business days of the session date and posted on photographer’s social media promptly thereafter. Photographer agrees to offer all edited images at mini-session rate to model for purchase with copyright release. Links are deleted after 60 days.

MODEL RELEASE – Initial Below – I understand that my photos will be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms unless asked not too. Additionally, Simply Serena Photography may use my images as advertisements for continued photography business only.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES – Initial Below – This contract may be signed electronically or in hard copy. If signed in hard copy, please return with down payment to Simply Serena Photography for valid business record. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes. By typing their names as signatures, all parties agree to the terms and conditions as outlined.
