BOOKING CONDITIONS – Initial Below – It is highly recommended that sessions take place 2 hours before sunset. Exceptions will be made for weddings and indoor events. The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Clients will be responsible for themselves and their children/pets and release the photographer from any claims against their person or business. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. Should client fail to reschedule, or wishes to cancel photography session, the deposit shall be retained by the photographer.

BEHAVIOR EXPECTATION – Initial Below – Client shall assist and cooperate with Photographer in obtaining desired photographs. Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. Client will be respectful to Photographer and all parties being photographed. Photographer has the right to end the session, without refund, if there is lack of cooperation or respect.

TIMELINESS EXPECTATION – Initial Below – Client should be on time and dressed for all session appointments. If the client is late, the photographer has the right to terminate the session, without refund, or deliver an incomplete gallery as additional time may not be available. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE please notify me by phone at (920)850-3447.

TRAVEL FEES – Initial Below – Sessions located within 20 miles of Marion, WI will not be charged additionally. Sessions that are located further than 20 miles from Marion will be charged a travel charge of $30 per 30mi. WEDDING TRAVEL or STAYS are booked on an individual basis. Terms must be mutually agreed upon.

PERMIT FEES (if applicable) – Initial Below – All fees associated with permitting a requested location are the responsibility of the client

DEPOSIT TERMS – Initial Below – A 50% deposit is required upon booking. Paying the deposit guarantees a reschedule due to weather. Deposits will not be refunded if the session is not rescheduled. Remaining balance is due on the date of the photography session.
Packages are guidelines; pricing may differ due to: time constraints, the number of persons, travel, additional photographers, or other changes to the original package.

SESSION VIEWING – Initial Below – Each session and package includes a link to access and download all of your edited photos as well as the print release. You do have an option to purchase a flash drive for $30. Links are deleted after 60 days. After the link is deleted, a flash drive must be purchased to access the images. Online albums will be available for online viewing within 15 business days of the session date.

ORIGINAL FILES – Initial Below – Simply Serena Photography does NOT, under any circumstances, include original “raw” photographs, only edits. Photographer retains the right to edit the photographs and omit any image. It is understood that Photographer will not deliver every exposure taken.

IMAGE EDITING – Initial Below – Client understands that when publishing photos on websites, i.e. personal website, Facebook, etc., client will not edit the photos in any way, i.e. editing the watermark, cropping, filters, etc.

MODEL RELEASE – Initial Below – I understand that my photos will be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms unless asked not too. Additionally, Simply Serena Photography may use my images as advertisements for continued photography business only.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES – Initial Below – This contract may be signed electronically or in hard copy. If signed in hard copy, please return with down payment to Simply Serena Photography for valid business record. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes. By typing their names as signatures, all parties agree to the terms and conditions as outlined.
